Best Hidden Destination in Wayanad- Nellarachal View Point

Nellarachal View Point  is undoubtedly the best hidden destination in Wayanad. The destination in Wayanad has become  my favourite due to the following reasons:
  • No maddening crowd.
  • No tourist catcalls
  • No artificial structures
  • Pure air
  • A large and unpolluted water body
  • Ever-changing weather conditions
  • Picturesque scenery.
  • Nature and just Nature!!
I am really concerned that this blog may finally disclose this unknown  destination to the outer world.

What is it? -Nellarachal View Point is actually the encachment area of the Karapuzha dam. The dam in it's frontal view is kind of drab and boring , but boy, the encachment area is just breathtakingly beautiful.

The grass dunes and the greenery along with the rustic unspoilt background makes it really endearing. This place is literally hidden because the approach road is not at all pliable at several points.

At one point of time, looking at the road condition I told my wife that such a place does not exist , and wanted to return. But she  was persistent. She won this piece of reasoning and that is me with her and the kids....

My wife discovered this place from a friend with whom we were talking a few days ago.
